Internet Browsers Compatibility

It is not always the case that the latest version of a browser is better than the last. Internet Explorer is notorious for displaying the same web page radically different in every version, and Microsoft plans to launch Internet Explorer 8 sometime this year. We are well accustomed to the "quirks" of the different browsers and consistently produce websites that are World Wide Web Consortium "valid" and display well in all significant browsers. If you find that the latest browser version messed up your website's layout in Internet Explorer 7 or 8, please give us a call.

P.S. In terms of firewalls and protection for your computer, it is much safer to surf the web using Firefox than Internet Explorer.

Joomla Security Updates

The Joomla community has found security risks in versions of 1.5.8 and lower. Though Sun Powered Productions has rarely seen our sites get hacked and we do save backups of our clients' websites when we finish rounds of development, the possibility of being hacked is omnipresent.

If you are concerned, please contact us. We will update the backup of your website if necessary and institute a variety of security protocols to keep your website impervious to attack. Any shop site or credit card processing clients are advised to pursue the highest level of security.

With the increase of incoming clients, CPS Certification Services upgraded their website a third time in 2009 to a company resource center, providing more information for clients online to help streamline the assessment process.

ClubStruck is a new virtual interactive social-networking site by Badboy Billy Shaw where members can interact and host their own clubs in whatever style they choose. In January of 2009, we directed a promotional video for investors.

NanoDimension is a venture capital firm supporting top entrepreneurial teams to build nanotech companies with the potential to become world leaders in their field. In December 2008, we created and launched a new Team page that featured a Custom Slider that linked team member images to their profiles without reloading the page.
